David began his legal career working with his father in a neighborhood general practice firm on the southeast side of Chicago. His grandfather started the firm in the 1940s before being elected judge of the Circuit Court of Cook County. This created a generational client base where David provided legal services and counseling to the children and grandchildren of his grandfather’s clients before him. This instilled in him a strong sense of taking care of his clients and the community.
Today David focuses on Real Estate, Probate and Estate planning. He has gained the most experience in these fields over the years and these areas of law are of the utmost importance to him because he feels that they touch most people’s lives at some point in time.
He believes that helping clients prepare for their future and the futures of their loved ones is something that is of the utmost importance in their lives and provides comfort and peace of mind knowing that their families are taken care of. His approach to Estate planning is one of empathy and guidance and he carefully develops a plan which is specific and tailor made to each client’s individual situation. David feels that truly listening to the client’s concerns and sympathizing with their specific situations is key to understanding which plan is best. As a counselor of law he draws on his years of experience to guide and advise his clients.
David is available to set up a free, no-obligation consultation to discuss your needs and how he can help. He will also travel to your location in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago if necessary.
David graduated from The University of Illinois at Urbana/ Champaign with a B.A. in History and earned his Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School/ University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. He also attended The Loyola Rome Center in Italy where he studied Art History.
