Book time with Anthony Davis
Anthony strongly believes that lawyers should build their practice around a sense of empathy for the experience of the client. His practice revolves around helping clients establish goals that will guide their legal representation during their case. To aid in this, he places a heavy emphasis on taking complex legal ideas and translating them into plain English, so his clients can make informed and empowered decisions to achieve their legal goals. Goals, communication, and transparency are at the center of his practice.
Trusts, wills, real estate, and probate law are his major practice areas. He believes that estate planning should revolve around the family, and the greatest reason for planning an estate is concern over the experiences of our loved ones after our passing. Spending time providing a family with proper counseling during the planning process helps a family get through those emotionally difficult times. He understands that while everyone in a family may love one another, not everyone expresses love in the same way, and during a time of great emotional challenge even well-intentioned people can argue over different perspectives about what Mom or Dad would have wanted. Spending a little time focusing on the emotional aspect of estate planning helps address those issues before they arise, in ways that simply focusing on the law itself never could.
By helping families plan now, he believes he can help families pass on to the next generation the most important legacy of all—the legacy of a loving and intact family.
Anthony is a graduate of Illinois State University, and Florida Coastal School of Law, where he graduated with pro-bono honors.
